Your first order will be shipped immediately and the subsequent orders will be shipped as per the schedule you opt for. You will have complete control of your shipments as you will receive pre-shipment notification emails before your auto order is placed.

You can change/modify the frequency and quantity of your subsequent order 24 hours prior to shipment of the next scheduled auto order. You can cancel or skip your auto order at any time.

A: Auto Order program is simple and easy to subscribe to. Select your preferred auto-order frequency for the products you’ve added to the cart of your order and place the order. Your auto order will be placed as scheduled.

Q: When will I be charged for the auto order?

A: You will be charged when the auto-order is ready for the shipment and the payment will be processed to the same payment method as your original order. You will receive a confirmation email for your auto order seven days before the auto order. If you want to make changes or reschedule the order, immediately contact us.
